No. RevYoMe POS runs in any modern browser and in our native apps, so any tablet or phone works. You can add a barcode scanner and a thermal receipt printer later if you want them, but nothing is required to start.
Yes. The POS is offline-first — it keeps ringing up sales on the device when the connection drops and syncs everything automatically once you're back online.
Yes. You can add a tip by rounding up, choosing a quick percentage, or entering a custom amount. You can also take a deposit or partial payment and settle the remaining balance later.
You open a session with a starting float, ring up sales through your shift, then count the drawer to close. RevYoMe compares the counted cash to what it expected and shows the variance.
